SACOP Benedict XVI Homes
(A Housing Project for Low Income Wage Earners and Calamity Survivors)
This program is developing a new community of 145 socially responsible families in San Pablo, Magalang, Pampanga, Philippines. The project involves site development, construction of houses, road networks, canals and sewage system as well as the establishment of basic utilities such as electricity and water system. It also involves the development and institutionalization of social structures in participation and partnership with the new home owners.
This is a partnership project of SACOP with Manos Unidas and Agencia Española de Cooperacion Internacional of Madrid, Spain.
