DISASTER EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

Began during the Mt Pinatubo eruption in 1991 this program has built on experience gained since then. It continues to address the immediate needs of people during disasters not only within the province but in the neighboring provinces and further a field where there is need. It campaigns for and coordinates the assistance and resources for provinces where there are victims of calamity.
